Returns & Exchanges Policy
- We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 60 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
- Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method if mailed to the address listed above within 60 days of the shipping date. If you are making a return after 60 days, your refund will be processed as merchandise credit.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order was placed in PKR, you may return or exchange in a PAKISTAN PERSONTAGE CLOTHING store.
