HOW WILL YOU DELIVER MY ORDER?
Your order will be delivered to you through a Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order. In case of Cash on Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.
HOW LONG MY ORDER WILL TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 2 to 5 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events or any unforeseen natural disaster

B Quality Items are products that have minor faults in them. The faults are hard to notice. They are completely wearable products and are not used or worn. Orders above Rs.1000, WE ship free of charge.
For orders below Rs.1000 we charge a fix rate of Rs.199 per order.
Our system automatically calculates the correct shipping charge when you place your order.
WHY ARE SOMETIMES THE SIZES DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT ARTICLES?
We sell many international brands, each having its own size specs. We try to map these sizes to our standard Pakistani sizes so that it is convenient for our buyers to order online. You will see a different size label on the poly-bag than the size label on the garment in such case.
Please wear the garment to see if it fits. If not, please return it for a refund or exchange voucher.
YOU REDUCED THE PRICE OF AN ARTICLE AFTER I PURCHASED, DO I QUALIFY FOR THE REDUCED PRICE?
If we reduce our price within 7 days of your purchase date, you are entitled for a credit voucher for the difference in value. Please send us an email quoting your order number, item purchased and difference in price and we will issue a credit voucher. Please note, products bought/offered on Sale/Clearance, Special Sale events, Daily Deal and B Quality section do not apply to this.
CAN I OPEN A PACKET BEFORE MAKING THE PAYMENT TO THE COURIER?
You cannot open the packet before making the payment to the courier. You have 60 days money back guarantee backup with all the products. If you do not like a product or there is a size issue, you can return the packet & we’ll refund your money (less the shipping charges) or an exchange voucher (whatever is the customers choice)
I HAVE BOUGHT A PRODUCT ON A PROMOTION OR SALE / DEAL, WHAT AMOUNT WILL YOU REFUND?
You’ll get the exact amount you paid, for example you bought a product for 600 on sale & its original price is 1100, you’ll get Rs 600.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 60 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Exchange Voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.
